§ OC.901.603. INTERVENTION IN ACTION

INTERVENTION IN ACTION. Subject to approval by the board, a license holder or a professional organization of certified public accountants may intervene in an action by the board or may bring an action in the name of the license holder or professional organization to enforce any provision of this chapter against a person who does not hold a license or firm license. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1497, Sec. 40, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
