§ OC.605.303. EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN LICENSE HOLDERS
EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN LICENSE HOLDERS. This chapter does not apply to: (1) a podiatrist practicing under Chapter 202 ; (2) a chiropractor practicing under Chapter 201 ; (3) an occupational therapist practicing under Chapter 454 ; or (4) a physical therapist practicing under Chapter 453 . Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
