§ OC.602.205. TEMPORARY LICENSE

TEMPORARY LICENSE. The medical board may issue a temporary license to an applicant who has satisfied the educational requirements for a license but who has not yet completed the experience and examination requirements of Section 602.207 . A temporary license is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
