§ OC.51.310. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE
ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE. (a) The executive director by rule shall prescribe procedures for the determination and appeal of a decision to impose an administrative penalty. (b) A proceeding under this subchapter to impose an administrative penalty is considered to be a contested case under Chapter 2001 , Government Code.
