§ OC.51.2095. INTERDISCIPLINARY ADVISORY BOARDS
INTERDISCIPLINARY ADVISORY BOARDS. The executive director or the presiding officer of the commission may appoint interdisciplinary advisory boards consisting of members from various businesses, industries, general trades, or occupations to provide expertise related to a program regulated by the department. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560 ), Sec. 1.05, eff. September 1, 2021.
