§ OC.301.103. PUBLIC RECORDS
PUBLIC RECORDS; REGISTRY. (a) The executive director shall keep: (1) a record of each meeting of the board; and (2) a registry of the name of each nurse registered under this chapter. (b) Information maintained under this section is open to public inspection at all times. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
