§ OC.2352.202. VENUE FOR DISPUTE
VENUE FOR DISPUTE. Venue for a dispute under an agreement is in the county of the dealer's principal place of business as stated in the agreement. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff. June 1, 2003.
