§ OC.2301.253. LICENSE REQUIRED

LICENSE REQUIRED: VEHICLE LEASE FACILITATORS. Unless a person holds a vehicle lease facilitator license and complies with this chapter, the person may not: (1) act in the capacity of or engage in the business of a vehicle lease facilitator; (2) hold the person out to any other person as a "leasing company," "leasing agent," "lease facilitator," or similar title, directly or indirectly engaged in the business of a vehicle lease facilitator; or (3) otherwise engage in the solicitation or procurement of a prospective lessee for a motor vehicle that is not titled in the name of and registered to the person.
