§ OC.2301.160. TOLLING OF TIME LIMIT DURING MEDIATION

TOLLING OF TIME LIMIT DURING MEDIATION. A time limit relating to a board proceeding that is imposed by this chapter on the board or on a dealer is tolled during the pendency of mediation required by this chapter or by a franchise agreement.
