§ OC.2001.434. CONDUCT OF BINGO

CONDUCT OF BINGO. (a) Each licensed authorized organization that is a member of a unit shall conduct its bingo games separately from the bingo games of the other members of the unit. (b) A unit may purchase or lease bingo supplies and equipment in the same manner as a licensed authorized organization. (c) A licensed distributor may sell or lease bingo supplies or equipment to a unit in the same manner as the distributor sells or leases bingo supplies and equipment to a licensed authorized organization.
