§ OC.1902.401. CIVIL PENALTY
CIVIL PENALTY. A person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of not less than $200 or more than $1,000 for each day of noncompliance or each act of noncompliance as determined by the court. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff. June 1, 2003.
