§ OC.1806.106. EXEMPTION FROM CONTINUING EDUCATION
EXEMPTION FROM CONTINUING EDUCATION. Notwithstanding Section 51.405 or any other provision of this chapter, a solar retailer may not be required to complete continuing education to renew the solar retailer's registration under this chapter.
