§ OC.1701.169. LAW ENFORCEMENT DATABASE
LAW ENFORCEMENT DATABASE. The commission shall designate one or more national law enforcement databases that a law enforcement agency must access to complete the preemployment background check required under Sections 1701.303 (a), 1701.3035 , and 1701.451 (a). A database designated under this section must be as comprehensive as possible. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1104 (S.B. 1445 ), Sec. 6, eff. September 1, 2023.
