§ OC.162.162. GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS
GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS. In addition to any fees paid to the board or money appropriated to the board, the board may receive and accept a gift, grant, donation, or other thing of value from any source, including the United States or a private source.
