§ OC.1603.354. NECESSARY EQUIPMENT
NECESSARY EQUIPMENT. The owner, operator, or manager of a licensed establishment or school shall equip the establishment or school with the facilities, supplies, appliances, furnishings, and materials necessary to enable a person employed on the premises to comply with this chapter. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560 ), Sec. 3.28, eff. September 1, 2021.
