§ OC.1603.2314. IDENTIFICATION OF AND WORK PERFORMED BY STUDENT

IDENTIFICATION OF AND WORK PERFORMED BY STUDENT. (a) Each licensed school shall maintain in a conspicuous place a list of the names and identifying pictures of the students who are enrolled in the school's courses. (b) A school may not receive compensation for work done by a student unless the student has completed 10 percent of the required number of hours for a license under Subchapter E-1. (c) If a school violates this section, the license of the school may be revoked or suspended. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560 ), Sec. 3.20, eff. September 1, 2021.
