§ OC.155.011. EXPEDITED LICENSING PROCESS FOR CERTAIN OUT-OF-STATE APPLICANTS
EXPEDITED LICENSING PROCESS FOR CERTAIN OUT-OF-STATE APPLICANTS. The board by rule shall develop and implement an expedited licensing process for an applicant who is considered to have satisfied the examination requirements of this chapter under Section 155.0561 (d). Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1231 (H.B. 1504 ), Sec. 6, eff. September 1, 2019.
