§ OC.1302.063. NO EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN PERSONS LICENSED UNDER OTHER LAW

NO EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN PERSONS LICENSED UNDER OTHER LAW. A person who is licensed and engaged in business in this state as a plumber or who is regulated under Chapter 113 , Natural Resources Code, may not engage or offer or attempt to engage in air conditioning and refrigeration contracting without a license under this chapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 3, eff. June 1, 2003.
