§ OC.1152.103. MEMBERSHIP RESTRICTIONS

MEMBERSHIP RESTRICTIONS. A person is not eligible for appointment as a member of the board if the person is: (1) required to register with the secretary of state under Chapter 305 , Government Code; (2) required to register with the department under Chapter 1151 ; or (3) exempt from the registration requirements imposed by this chapter, except as provided by Section 1152.102 .
