§ OC.111.0075. LICENSING FOR TELEDENTISTRY DENTAL SERVICES

LICENSING FOR TELEDENTISTRY DENTAL SERVICES. A health professional providing a health care service or procedure as a teledentistry dental service is subject to the licensing requirements that would apply to the provision of the same health care service or procedure in an in-person setting. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 811 (H.B. 2056 ), Sec. 10, eff. September 1, 2021.
