§ OC.1104.204. COMPLAINT
COMPLAINT. (a) Any person, including a member of the board, may file with the board a written complaint on a form prescribed by the board. (b) The board, on its own motion, may file a complaint against: (1) an appraisal management company registered under this chapter; (2) a controlling person; or (3) a person who engages in an activity for which registration is required under this chapter without being registered.
