§ OC.1103.523. COST RECOVERY
COST RECOVERY. The administrative law judge may award reasonable costs to the board on a request for and proof of the costs if the respondent fails to appear for the hearing under Section 1103.510 , including any costs: (1) charged by the State Office of Administrative Hearings; and (2) related to the preparation for the hearing, including costs of discovery, depositions, subpoenas, service of process, witness expenses, travel expenses, and investigation expenses.
