§ OC.1103.459. CONSENT AGREEMENT
CONSENT AGREEMENT. (a) The board may enter into a consent agreement as provided by this section rather than taking action against a violator of the rules of professional conduct adopted by the board. (b) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 704, Sec. 16, eff. September 1, 2005. (c) A consent agreement must be: (1) approved by the board; and (2) signed by the executive director and the appraiser or appraiser trainee who is the subject of the complaint. (d) An appraiser or appraiser trainee may be disciplined for failure to comply with a consent agreement. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
