CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION FOR RENEWAL. An applicant for the renewal of an unexpired license must comply with the criminal history record check requirements of Section 1101.3521 . Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 297 (H.B. 1530 ), Sec. 7, eff. September 1, 2007.
