§ NR.91.181. EXERCISE OF RIGHT OF EMINENT DOMAIN

EXERCISE OF RIGHT OF EMINENT DOMAIN. All proceedings in connection with the condemnation and acquisition of storage facilities shall be in accordance with Articles 3264 through 3271, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, as amended, and to the extent of any conflict between those articles and this subchapter, the provisions of this subchapter prevail.
