§ NR.85.256. APPEAL PROCEDURES
APPEAL PROCEDURES. The provisions and requirements of Article 4662, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, as amended, and Rule 385 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended, relating to temporary injunctions, apply to appeals from any order granting or refusing a temporary restraining order, or granting or overruling a motion to dissolve a temporary restraining order under the provisions of this subchapter. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2526, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
