§ NR.81.012. QUALIFICATIONS OF CHIEF SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS OF CHIEF SUPERVISOR. In addition to other qualifications that may be required by the commission, a person appointed chief supervisor must have had at least five years' experience in some line of the oil or gas business, or in some other business or profession that would provide the necessary knowledge and experience for the performance of his duties.
