§ NR.53.113. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS. An agreement that commits the royalty interest in any land not listed in Section 53.112 of this code must be approved by the board, official, agent, agency, or authority of the state which has the authority to lease or to approve the lease of the land for sulphur and must be executed by the commissioner to be effective.
