§ NR.52.073. AREA SUBJECT TO LEASE
AREA SUBJECT TO LEASE. Riverbeds and channels that belong to the state may be leased to any person by the board under the provisions of this subchapter. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2450, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
