§ NR.51.307. RESERVATION OF MINERAL RIGHTS
RESERVATION OF MINERAL RIGHTS. Mineral rights together with the right to explore for, produce, and market the minerals in land granted as an easement under Section 51.304 of this code shall be reserved to the state and shall be subject to lease for minerals in the same manner as other unsold public school land.
