§ NR.51.304. EASEMENTS FOR SOIL CONSERVATION AND FLOOD PREVENTION
EASEMENTS FOR SOIL CONSERVATION AND FLOOD PREVENTION. The commissioner may execute grants of easements on unsold public school land to conservation and reclamation districts for soil conservation and flood prevention projects authorized by the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act (16 U.S.C. Section 1001 et seq.), as amended. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2440, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
