§ NR.51.073. CLASSIFICATION AND SALE OF LEASED AND FORFEITED LAND
CLASSIFICATION AND SALE OF LEASED AND FORFEITED LAND. Before it is sold, the commissioner shall classify and determine the market value of land on which leases have expired and land forfeited to the state. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2423, ch. 871, art.
