§ NR.40.257. VENUE
VENUE. (a) Venue for all actions and prosecution of all offenses under this chapter may be brought in Travis County or in any county where the violation of this chapter that is the subject of the action or prosecution occurred. (b) All appeals from administrative proceedings under this chapter shall be filed in a district court of Travis County, Texas, pursuant to Chapter 2001 , Government Code. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 10, Sec. 1, eff. March 28, 1991. Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 5.95(49), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
