§ NR.40.052. HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES DISCHARGES
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES DISCHARGES. If the unauthorized discharge involves predominantly a hazardous substance, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality shall carry out responsibility for abatement, containment, removal, and cleanup of the hazardous substances discharged, pursuant to Subchapter G , Chapter 26 , Water Code.
