§ NR.33.105. PERSONS TO WHOM INTEREST IN LAND MAY BE GRANTED

PERSONS TO WHOM INTEREST IN LAND MAY BE GRANTED. The board may grant to any person an interest in coastal public land if the board determines that the grant is in the best interest of the state.
