§ NR.33.062. DESIGNATED OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE

DESIGNATED OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE. The board is designated and shall serve as the official representative of the governor of the state to conduct with the federal government any business concerning any matter affecting the coastal public land which arises out of the exercise by the federal government of any authority it may have over navigable water under the Constitution of the United States.
