§ NR.33.055. PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER COASTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER COASTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. In developing, reviewing, or amending the coastal management program, after due notice to affected persons and the public generally, the commissioner shall hold or have held public hearings as the commissioner determines to be appropriate.
