USE OF BICENTENNIAL TRAIL PROPERTY. Real property acquired by this state for the Bicentennial Trail may be used only for the purposes of the Bicentennial Trail. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 652 (H.B. 4230 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2025.
