§ NR.161.363. INSURANCE CONTRACT

INSURANCE CONTRACT. The board may enter into a contract or agreement with one or more insurance companies authorized to do business in this state to provide life, disability, or other insurance coverage to persons purchasing land under the program, if it is in the best interest of the program.
