§ NR.161.216. COST OF LAND SOLD BY BOARD

COST OF LAND SOLD BY BOARD. Except for forfeited land that may be resold by the board at less than actual cost under Section 161.319 of this code, land shall not be sold by the board at less than its actual cost.
