§ NR.152.063. REPORTS AND CONSULTATION WITH SERVICE
REPORTS AND CONSULTATION WITH SERVICE. (a) The landowner shall notify the service of the landowner's actions and the result of those actions. (b) The landowner may report to and consult with a representative of the service as often as necessary. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2651, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
