§ NR.141.078. UNIT AGREEMENTS

UNIT AGREEMENTS. (a) The board may approve unit agreements of one or more leased tracts on application of the lessees. (b) Before approving any unit agreement, the board must find that the unit agreement if approved by the board will be in the best interest of the state. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2643, ch. 871, art.
