§ NR.141.011. GENERAL DUTY OF THE RAILROAD COMMISSION
GENERAL DUTY OF THE RAILROAD COMMISSION. Except for duties and responsibilities given to other agencies and officials under this chapter, the commission shall regulate the exploration, development, and production of geothermal energy and associated resources on public and private land for the purpose of conservation and the protection of correlative rights.
