§ NR.131.157. APPROVAL OF TRANSFER

APPROVAL OF TRANSFER. After notice and an opportunity for a public hearing, if required under Sections 131.159 and 131.163 of this code, and on a written finding by the commission that the requirements of Sections 131.146 through 131.150 of this code have been met, the application for transfer shall be approved. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2624, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
