§ NR.111.092. INJUNCTION TO PREVENT DISCRIMINATION
INJUNCTION TO PREVENT DISCRIMINATION. On information that discrimination is practiced in its purchases by a common purchaser, the commission shall request the attorney general to bring a mandatory injunction suit against the common purchaser to compel the reasonable extensions that are necessary to prevent discrimination. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2585, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
