§ NR.111.054. LIEN FOR STORAGE CHARGES
LIEN FOR STORAGE CHARGES. A public utility shall have a lien on the commodity in its possession to secure it in the payment of all proper storage charges against the commodity or the transportation charges accrued to or paid or advanced by it or both and the lien is superior to all other liens on the commodity except a lien for taxes.
