§ LG.572.060. CONTRACTS FOR SEWER OR WATER SERVICES
CONTRACTS FOR SEWER OR WATER SERVICES. A public utility agency may: (1) contract with the public entities creating the agency for the collection, transportation, treatment, or disposal of sewage or the conservation, storage, transportation, treatment, or distribution of water; and (2) under terms the agency's board of directors considers appropriate, contract with private entities for services described by Subdivision (1).
