§ LG.563.055. COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS

COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS. A director is entitled to receive: (1) reimbursement for actual expenses incurred in conducting the business of the board; and (2) a fee in the amount set by the commissioners court for each meeting attended.
