§ LG.375.262. DISSOLUTION BY PETITION BY OWNERS
DISSOLUTION BY PETITION BY OWNERS. Except as limited by Section 375.264 , the board shall dissolve the district on written petition filed with the board by the owners of at least two-thirds of the assessed value of the property subject to assessment or taxation by the district based on the most recent certified county property tax rolls.
