§ LG.375.182. PROHIBITED USE OF FUNDS
PROHIBITED USE OF FUNDS. Funds may not be spent, an assessment imposed, or a tax levied under this chapter to finance the opening, reopening, or maintenance of a pass, canal, or waterway across a barrier island connecting the Gulf of Mexico with inland waters.
